THE POLITICAL ASPECT OF SOLVING BOUNDARY PROBLEM BETWEEN REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN AND PEOPLE REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Justis way of solving the boundary problem between Republic of Tajikistan and People Republic of China from 1992 till 2002 analyesed in this article. The author after deep analyse concluded that Republic of Tajikistan and People Republic of China with join efforts using the methods of “reasonable compromise” can solve 200 years- unsolving boundary problem between to countries.

As a result of negotiations, from 28 000 sqwear кm. of disputed territories in “Large Pamir” in the peak of Uzbel, only 3,5 % of disputed territories was given to China, but 96,5% remain in Tajikistan.
