SIGNING OF A MEMORANDUM OF 0COOPERATION BETWEEN THE CENTER FOR STRATEGIC RESEARCH UNDER THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN AND THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR SECURITY STUDIES OF MONGOLIA

From July 23 to 26, 2025, the President of Mongolia, Honorable Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, paid a state visit to the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the high-level talks held in both restricted and extended formats with the participation of official delegations of the two countries, a wide range of issues related to bilateral and multilateral cooperation were discussed in depth. The discussions between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of Mongolia, Honorable Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, primarily focused on areas such as energy and water resources, tourism, innovation and digital technologies, agriculture, science, education, and other strategic sectors.

As a result of the negotiations, a number of new cooperation documents were signed. Notably, a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation was signed between the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the National Institute for Security Studies of Mongolia.

This document establishes a solid foundation for strengthening friendly relations, expanding bilateral cooperation, facilitating the exchange of experience, and enhancing the effectiveness of joint research efforts.
